There were two primary goals for the Yaletown Perspective project. The first was to open up the condo, maximizing the spall space and introducing open concept living. The second was to update the home with strategically planned finishes and details, allowing the renovation budget to go further by focusing on some key features that would have high impact. 

Those details include:

• The rounded oval pillar in the centre of the home finished with floor to ceiling white oak.

• The extra thick stone countertops and slabs.

•  Floor to ceiling tiling in all of the bathrooms.

• Custom cabinetry to conceal appliances.

• A walk in open shower.
